Pricing and Bookings

 

1. ACCOMMODATION :

· If you make use of Achterbergh accommodation for a group you will be provided with a hall and dining area to suit the size of the group.

· All prices are per person per night and is Exclusive of 14% VAT.

· A minimum deposit will be required.

The Conference Package is a tariff for the day per person which include the following: Coffee / tea on arrival, the venue, projector, screen, flipcharts with paper and pens.  On the tables will be a file, notebook and pen for every delegate.  A staff member will attend to your needs for the day and will service the coffee station after each break.  Refreshments will be served with the tea breaks

7. SELF - CATERING :

Self-catering is NOT allowed if booked at Achterbergh and Inniebergh Campsites
Self-catering is only allowed if booked at Nevenbergh Campsite

8. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

 

1. More than one group can be booked at  any of the sites.

2. If your booking ends on a Friday or if we get a new booking the same day as your departure we may ask you to vacate the sleeping facilities at  09:00 to prepare for our weekend visitors.

3. A deposit will be charged on bookings - and the full amount have to be paid 3 days before the camp.

4. Please note:  You will have to Pay for booked meals - there will be no credit for non-arrivals.

5. A deposit of  R 5 100.00 and / or 50%  of the amount  in the suites must be paid within one week after booking.  The final amount must be paid 3 days prior to the camping date.
